Jan van Geel
Shocked and full of disbelief, we have to inform you that Jan Van Geel, the leader of our plastics and textiles business and highly valued colleague and good friend, has passed away completely unexpectedly on Monday 4.9.2023 during the Plastics Conference in Dubai.
He was only 57 years old.
We gratefully commemorate the great dedication with which Jan has made a major contribution to the expansion of our recovered paper activities since 2001, the creation of a plastics division since 2012 that has quickly carved out an important place for itself in the market, as well as giving direction to our textile recycling activities VTR after the takeover and the withdrawal of the previous owner
We sympathise with all his loved ones who will be hit even harder by this terrible news.
